The COVID-19 pandemic, supply chain crisis and world events have pushed the costs of virtually every good and service higher. Community associations are feeling the impacts today.  However, it is also making it challenging to forecast long-term impacts.  In this new live webinar, our speakers will:

• Define and explain the impact of different kinds of inflation
• How they range across operating expenses, reserve planning, capital projects, and more.
• Discuss considerations, approaches, and tools to assist.  

 SPEAKERS:

Marc Tamres is the founder and CEO of HomeRun IQ, which delivers cloud-based tools for reserve study providers and their association clients.  HomeRun IQ streamlines creating and delivering reserve studies, capital budgets and technical reports, saving significant time and helping providers scale their business.  Marc recently served on a task force that helped develop CAI’s Condominium Safety Public Policy Report.  Marc is a member of the Foundation for Community Association Research’s Think Tank and is an incoming Foundation board director.

Jared Tunnell is an advisor to several companies in the CIRA industry and has been involved in related banking, financial services, and technology for over twenty years.  His most recent role was heading up the Association Banking line of business for National Cooperative Bank, N.A.  Where he built out their treasury services and lending business for condominiums, homeowners associations and management companies.  He is a frequent contributor to CAI through various local chapters and is a current member of the Foundation for Community Association Research’s Think Tank.
